Bulk Product Review: SHEIN Dresses
I absolutely love to splurge on designer, but it makes me feel a lot better when I mix in some affordable purchases too! Shopping from SHEIN is sometimes a hit or miss, but I was able to find some good ones in this haul.
The Dress + The Rating
When I'm shopping online, I usually rely heavily on customer reviews and photos to try to picture how something will look on me. Below are some side by sides of the items I purchased, how it looks on me and the rating for each.

7/10. I would've loved this one if the material wasn't so thin. If you want a sheer dress then this would be it!
Double V Neckline Rib Knit Bodycon Dress | ID: 656217
6/10. The sleeves aren't made great so they constantly slide down. For ribbed material, this one is a bit too slippery and thin and doesn't feel firm enough to be a true ribbed fit.

9/10. This dress is very flattering and the material is nice. It's pretty short for the girls with some butt and thighs, but it's a beautiful dress with a subtle pattern to really pop!

6/10. Least favorite for sure. Pattern isn't the most flattering for all shapes. I also am not a fan of the material (in regard to the fit on me only). It's soft and primarily polyester.
Fringe Trim Wrap Bodycon Dress | ID: 10079375
8.5/10. I didn't love this at first since the fringe arrived extremely tangled but after some detangling and a few twirls I really loved it. The color is bright; the design doesn't match the website image but it still looks REALLY good.

9/10. This is a solid bodycon dress to have in your collection. It's thick enough so you can't see underneath and you can dress it up so many ways.

10/10. Absolutely one of my favorites! I bought a few different colors on Amazon a while back but this color was out of stock, so finding it on SHEIN was a win since the color is so bright and the fit is flattering.
Turtleneck Ribbed Knit Dress | ID: 6589677
10/10. This dress is beautiful! Maybe I'm into blues at the moment but the high neck combined with the sleeveless cut looks great. It's comfortable, and they a kid's matching dress if you have a little mini me!
FAILS.
Sometimes I see something daring and say yeah, I'd love to try that! Only to put it on to wonder exactly where my sanity was in purchasing :)
This jungle fest, where was I going in this?! Why did I think this was okay? I tried to mix it with different hairstyles but overall the pattern was just too loud for my taste.
This material was not a flattering fit on me (similar to the marble print bodycon above). I still think it's an absolutely beautiful dress, just not for me.
*After looking at the material breakdown of my fails, it looks like this variation is not what I like for my body type, and hopefully it helps with your purchases in the future.
